I was on the pot and I was thinking about how the Soulthieves project has spun out of control again. One thought I had was that some present divinations - elemental magic spells - might be suited as invocations of Intera the Contemplative, the Clear Goddess of Wisdom. A little while back I renamed one of my races the fairy elves to disassociate from other interpretations of high elves. They dwell in the forests alongside the lauchorns. It was a dumb name, though. I just made Appearance a much more valuable attribute. High Appearance (i.e. great beauty) can now cause opponents to ogle you and thus falter in combat. This makes it easier for you to hit them, and hit them hard. It also makes it harder for them to hit you. Or hit you hard.
